Return Exchange Policy

We only accept returns if wrong items being delivered. Before ship we will check and make sure the items is correct and in good conditions. Please inform us about the return or exchange within 7 day from the date of receipt for exchange.

Standard shipping cost will be bear by customer. However, if we send wrong items to you, we will bear all the cost of return shipping.

Return or Exchange Procedures

Please request for return or exchange by emailing us at nencylee@gmail.com within 7 days from the date of receipt. You need to include the following details in the email:

• Order no/name
• Your name
• Contact No
• Products to return or exchange 
• Reason for return or exchange

Once we receive your request for return or exchange, we shall contact you within 3 business days for further instructions. To exchange item, please advise that the item you like to have in exchanged

The return products MUST..

• Not used
• In the same condition you received it.
• In the original box/packaging
